• Use only reagents of VIROTECH Diagnostics.
• Bring up reagents to room temperature prior to starting the test run
• The cut-off controls are lot specific
• All required test function controls must appear (serum control band and corresponding conjugate control band). Otherwise the test run is invalid and must be repeated
• Store developed strips in dark, as the bands fade in the course of time

You may check your order confirmation for orders that have already been processed. In the confirmation you will find the date of processing, availability of individual products and the estimated shipping date. We process your orders as soon as possible, but in case of high order volumes, processing might take longer than expected. In urgent cases, please contact +49 6074 236 980.

We make every effort to keep an ample supply of products to meet your requirements. If, by chance, a product is unavailable, you will be informed when you place your order. You can be confident that we will make every possible effort to complete your order within 30 days.

The invoice is issued when your items are ready for shipment. It will either be included together with the goods and the delivery note or it can be sent via email. For email delivery, please make sure to indicate the preferred email address when placing the order.

Standard payment term is prepayment unless otherwise specified. Please consult your Sales Representative for other options.
