Our highly-trained team of Application Specialists, Technical Service Representatives, and Field Service Engineers prepare you for success with all the GSD products and instruments. Beyond simply providing technical customer support over the phone, the Technical Service team works together to provide our customers with installation services, training services, hardware support, software and LIS support, and lab workflow analysis.
Product Development
Gold Standard Diagnostics combines deep customer insight with decades of industry expertise. We carefully evaluate the unique needs of diverse markets and design tailored solutions to address them. Backed by a team of skilled scientists, we deliver innovative, reliable answers that meet evolving market demands.
Engineering
With our own in-house engineering division, Gold Standard Diagnostics possesses the capabilities for both instrument hardware and software development. Many companies are limited to either hardware or biologics, but we develop innovative products for both.
Manufacturing
Gold Standard Diagnostics designs, develops, and manufactures a number of proprietary instruments to meet the needs of testing automation, including the Bolt®, ThunderBolt®, and AIX1000®. We have a presence in the clinical diagnostics market, while also offering solutions in the food & feed, environmental & water, and veterinary markets. If your laboratory performs any types of testing, we may offer the solution for you.
Distribution
We have instruments running in over thirty three countries in physician-owned laboratories, large and small hospitals, reference laboratories, food processing laboratories, veterinary laboratories, and more. In addition to distributing our instruments and reagents outside of the US, we partner with manufacturers outside of the US to offer a larger menu of items to our domestic customers.
